Otherwise, the market will resolve to "No". The primary resolution source will be the total “Years of Water Supplied” figure displayed on teamwater.org. According to the #teamwater site, $1 equals one year of water supplied. Thus, once that figure reaches 40,000,000, this market will resolve to "Yes".
